These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AshleyCooper.ca and certain associated content, platforms and services operated by Ashley Cooper Group (“Ashley Cooper Group,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Reinvention Diaries and other Ashley Cooper-branded content and resources (collectively, the “Services”).
Made for Millions® operates under separate Terms & Conditions applicable to its website, programs, membership, community and related services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
2. Educational and Informational Purposes
Content provided through AshleyCooper.ca, Reinvention Diaries, social media, newsletters, videos, podcasts, downloads, workshops and other Ashley Cooper Group platforms is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating information and making decisions appropriate to your own circumstances. Where appropriate, you should seek advice from qualified professionals.
3. No Guarantees of Results
Ashley Cooper Group may provide information relating to entrepreneurship, business, marketing, mindset, personal development, reinvention, wellbeing and related topics.
We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, professional or personal result from using our content, resources or Services.

“Free” refers to the price of access and does not mean the resource is free of copyright or other intellectual property protections.

6. Reinvention Diaries
Reinvention Diaries may include discussions relating to personal experiences, entrepreneurship, identity, mindset, relationships, wellbeing, mental health, personal growth and other aspects of life and business.
The content reflects personal experiences, perspectives, conversations and educational information. It should not be interpreted as individualized professional advice.
Content discussing mental health, emotional wellbeing or personal experiences is not a substitute for professional mental-health care, diagnosis or treatment.

7. Mental Health Advocacy
Ashley Cooper Group may publish content or participate in initiatives intended to promote awareness, conversation and advocacy around mental health.

9. Speaking, Consulting, Advisory and Other Professional Engagements
AshleyCooper.ca may allow individuals or organizations to inquire about speaking engagements, media appearances, brand collaborations, consulting, advisory services or other professional opportunities.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship or obligate Ashley Cooper or Ashley Cooper Group to accept an engagement.
Any paid professional engagement that is accepted may be governed by a separate written agreement outlining the specific scope, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property rights and other applicable terms.
Where a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to that engagement, the separate agreement will govern.
10. Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships and Affiliate Relationships
Ashley Cooper Group may collaborate with brands, companies and other organizations.
Some content may include sponsorships, partnerships, affiliate relationships, gifted products or other commercial relationships.
Where required by applicable law or advertising standards, we will disclose material relationships.
The existence of a partnership does not alter our commitment to providing content and recommendations consistent with our own editorial standards.
11. Made for Millions®
Made for Millions® is an entrepreneurial education and acceleration ecosystem operated by Ashley Cooper Group.
Participation in Made for Millions programs, communities, opportunities and related services is governed by the separate Made for Millions® Terms & Conditions.
Where these Terms and the Made for Millions Terms both potentially apply, the Made for Millions Terms will govern matters specifically relating to Made for Millions membership, programs, community participation and services.
12. M4M Shop and Purchases
Products associated with Made for Millions® may be available through the M4M Shop.
Purchases may be subject to additional terms or policies relating to:

Exchanges
Refunds
Product availability
Those policies form part of the terms applicable to the relevant transaction.
Prices and product availability may change without notice, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
13. User Conduct
When interacting with our Services, you agree not to:

Separate written agreements may apply to specific professional engagements, purchases, programs or services.
